Reefstar cruises reserves the right to alter prices, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, itineraries and services when necessary.

In
the interest of passenger safety
departures and itineraries are
subject to sea and weather conditions.
Should the company be forced to
cancel or alter cruises our liability
is limited to offering an alternative
or appropriate refund no greater than the fare paid.
4.
The
company shall not be held responsible
for any property loss or damage
and/or any claim resulting from
personal injury or death arising
whilst travelling with the company,
participating in activities, on
the vessel or other company property.
This disclaimer applies irrespective
of the cause.

All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST.

Children's
fare (5-16 years inclusive) infants
under 5 years no charge however
please advise at time of booking
when and infant is travelling.
7.
Day Trip Cancellation Fees – within 12 hours 25%. No show 100% or credit for a later date.
8.
Evening Cruise & Private Charter Booking Fees - 30% within 14 days to secure booking, otherwise the date is made open for further bookings. Balance paid within 14 days of the event.
9.
Evening Cruise & Private Charter Cancellation Fees - One months notice 100% refund, less than one month 50% refund, under two weeks no refund.
10.
Evening Cruise & Private Charter Adjustment's to booking numbers fee - same as above in (9).
