Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will result in forfeiture of full price. All prices are per person in AUD $ and include GST, GBRMPA & National Park fees. Reef Star Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, cancel departure, arrange alternative transport, itineraries and services when necessary. In the interest of passenger safety, departures and itineraries are subject to sea and weather conditions. Should the company be forced to cancel or alter cruises our liability is limited to offering alternative or an appropriate refund no greater than the fare paid. The company shall not be responsible for any property loss or damage and/or any claim resulting for personal injury or weather arising whilst travelling with the company, participating in activities, on the vessel or other company property. This disclaimer applies irrespective of the cause. We recommend you take out travel insurance covering illness, injury, loss of personal goods and the inability to travel due to weather. Sharks, marine stingers or other dangerous sea animals may frequent the waters of the Whitsundays. Passengers are responsible for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the company or the owner of the vessel will not be liable for personal injury, illness, death. You will be provided with a full -length protective stinger suit to wear whilst swimming and snorkelling.

Age, medical and swimming ability restrictions apply to snorkelling activities. A medical declaration must be completed where required. For those guest’s wo do not have the ability to swim or suer from a medical condition which makes it unsafe for them to snorkel.
